After the customer and Innovative Personnel develop a design, a schedule and a budget that can be successfully implemented, zoning and Building Permits are acquired, and Excavation and construction begins. A Concrete Foundation is poured, proper drainage tile and underground plumbing needs are installed, drainage stone is added, the concrete floor is poured and after the concrete is sealed, the foundation construction is complete.

Every new home gets a custom-built lateral support system far exceeding building code requirements and outdated industry standards.

Exterior wall sheathing is 1/2" plywood and Roof sheathing is always 5/8" plywood. At Innovative Remodeling and Structural Repair, OSB is "never" used for the exterior sheathing of one of our new Homes.
